Recovery Devon provide a range online materials on their blog and in their resources section to help individuals and their supporters through challenging times.
The community mental health teams for adults provide specialist assessment and treatment to people aged 18 years and older who are experiencing difficulties with their mental health and wellbeing. Their aim is to work with you to support your recovery to enable you to return to manageable levels of activity and independence.
