Welcome to

Open Arms East Devon

is a friendly support group for adults experiencing mental health problems

Welcome – we are very happy that you’ve found us

It’s easy to look around and think that everyone else is doing OK and we should be too, but this isn’t always the case. Everyone struggles sometimes.

Mental ill health can lead to us feeling alone, like we are the only person going through this and that nobody else would understand.

Open Arms East Devon is a peer support group. This just means that people who have lived through similar experiences meet to support each other. You don’t have to talk – just come along to a session and know that you will be welcomed. Join in with some of our activities or just have a cup of tea and a biscuit – it’s up to you.

We meet twice a week in Honiton on Tuesdays and Fridays at The Community Use Building (CUB) School Lane, Honiton

Help spread the word

We know there are many people living with mental health issues who suffer in isolation. If you can help us reach more people to let them know there is somewhere they can go that is safe and welcoming it could change their life.

"Open Arms is helping me all the time. Thinking of all the people in the group makes me happier and a better person. Open Arms gives me motivation to do more for others and myself"
